Thoughts on possible subscription price increases on many new MMO's.
"As I was sifting through some information and on TenTonHammer.com they have a recent QA section which lists an announcement from EA’s president Mark Jacobs announcing that the 14.99 per month price tag for Warhammer may not be enough.
14.99 does not seem like a very steep price when compared to a night at the movies: 2 tickets - $16.00, Drink - $4, Candy - $3. However, the gaming industry as a whole as been slowly assimilating a new perspective on revenue generators like monthly fees, yearly subscriptions, and micro transactions. When is a fee for a service too much?....."
